The washing machine and dryer is located in the communal laundry facilities.

PLEASE NOTE: The surrounding areas are currently being redeveloped as part of the Cross Rail Construction Project around Tottenham Court Road station.

This is a wonderful spacious flat in an incredible central location. However as this flat is just 1 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station the building site will be very visible from the flat and the construction noise will be audible inside the flat during normal working hours.

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet property that you plan on spending a significant amount of time in during the day this will not be your best option. If you are looking for a great, clean, well-priced flat in an incredibly central location that you will predominately be spending time in after standard working hours then this place is hard to beat.

Guests for this property will be met by a company employee at Tottenham Court Station 2 minutes away from the apartment entrance. You will then be escorted to the property and checked in.

Check in is between 3pm-10pm.

Arrivals later than this time will have to be prearranged and agreed before hand. We cannot guarantee a check in after 10pm.

Upon booking you will need to provided an estimated arrival time.

You will have to call the person designated to check you in 30 minutes before arrival.

Check out is by 11am.
