There are no extra charges unless the property is left untidy, dirty or damaged. There is a additional 3.8% Credit Card or Paypal fees.
A non-refundable part-payment is required to reserve the property and is made via a secure payment gateway. The property provider will requires the rest of the balance on booking.
Should you cancel you will be refunded 50% of the cost of your booking if the cancellation is made 31 days prior to your arrival date.
The owner is entitled to keep 100% of payment for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date
It is therefore advise, that you take travel insurance to cover these eventualities.
Upon Check-in, the card holder will be required to provide Photo identification (Passport or Driving License) as well as the Credit Card used to payment. Without this, the owner will NOT be given the key(s) of the apartment. Should the person who made the booking, not be part of the party, the booking needs to be covered by cash. The credit/debit card that was used to make the booking, will then be refunded in 7 working days.
