How Do i book a property

Most of our apartments listed are available for instant booking.

Complete the booking form and submit your request, you will be contacted within 24 hours of your request, with confirmation of availability.

PayPal Acceptance Mark

There is a 3.0% booking/handling fee for all paypal & credit/debit card payments. Please apply a £7 currency conversion fee for International Bank Transfer payments

To secure an apartment we require between an 10-50% non refundable deposit, The percentage amount varies between properties. Please check the property details for the amount before booking.

The remaining amount is to be paid depending on the property owners policies. When making a reservation please ensure you have read the Booking Policy for your property before booking. If you are unsure of the properties policy, please contact us for clarification.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your reservation please contact as soon as possible and give us as much notice as you can.The down-payment amount paid to confirm your booking is non refundable.

Each property provider has their own set policy, please check the cancellation policy in the property description before booking. We advice you to obtain travel insurance which will cover you against cancellation costs you may incurred.

In the unlikely event of a double booking, you will be informed straight away and refunded the full amount.

How many people can stay?

Each property has a standard and maximum occupancy

Standard - This is the recommended amount of people.

Maximum - This is the maximum amount of people the property can sleep.

Please check the property description for the exact details, in terms of bed configurations and floor plans. Please ensure before booking the property is a suitable size for your needs.

Check in and collection of keys procedure?

This varies by property owner. Some owners will meet you at the specific property, some owners will require you to collect keys at an designated collection point.

Please ensure you have read the description of the property and are aware of the properties policies before booking.

Property Viewings

If you require a viewing, please contact us. We will try our best to arrange a viewing before booking. Please keep in mind, you can only view a property if it is vacant. If you request a viewing, please note that date will not be held for you as properties are can be rented out at given time. It is best to call on the day of your scheduled viewing to confirm the property is available for you to view.

What time are the check-in and check-out times?

This varies property to property. Please check at the time of booking.

Generally check in times are from 2pm and check out is upto 11am. There may be flexibility in these times, however some owners may require an additional fee.

How should I leave the apartment at check out?

The property rental should be vacated in a clean and tidy condition. All rubbish should be removed from the property and disposed in the designated area. If the property is left in a excess untidy state it is down to the property providers discretion if the excessive required cleaning will be charged towards you.

Are utility charges included

The rental figure quoted is an inclusive amount. No other utility charges are to be applied on top. Some owners may charge extra for cleaning, during and after your stay, please check at the time of booking.

Cleaning Policy

This is dependent on the property provider. Additional fee may apply. Please check the property description at the time of booking.

How long can I rent for?

Each property has a minimum rental period. This is displayed in the properties description. The properties listed on our site require a stay period, ranging from 2 -10 nights.

Do I pay a security deposit?

Most property owners require a damage deposit

This will either be via payment upon reservation, cash on arrival or pre-authorisation of your credit card. The required funds may be used for damage to the property, its furnishing, or for excessive required cleaning.
