The property provider will requires the rest of the balance 2 months before arrival.
If you cancel your booking at any time or “no-show”, you will not receive any refund of rent that you have already paid (unless you find us a replacement tenant)
It is therefore advised, that you take travel insurance to cover these eventualities.

Upon Check-in, proof-Of-Identity (passport/ driver-licence) for all or some of the adult guests who will sleep in flat. the card holder will be required to provide Photo identification (Passport or Driving License) as well as the Credit Card used to payment. Without this, the owner will NOT be given the key(s) of the apartment. Should the person who made the booking, not be part of the party, the booking needs to be covered by cash. The credit/debit card that was used to make the booking, will then be refunded in 7 working days.
Upon arrival you will be required to pay a £250 cash damage deposit. Please note this deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay unless damage or extra charges are incurred.
